SRP Customer Satisfaction Seminar 2011

Since customer service and satisfaction is an integral and key part of our business. On Jan 2011, Sadid Rah Part (SRP-Turkey Exclusive agent in Iran) held a customer gathering Sustaining Customer Satisfaction Seminar at Hotel Esteghlal Tehran, attended by 500 customers.

The program commenced with an opening speech from Mr. Nasser Sadid (CEO, SRP) and Mr. Mohammad Sadid (M.D, SRP) and a good history of SRP was reviewed and during the speech Mr. Mohammad Sadid explained the customers about SRP's strategies and future plans.

At the end gifts and discount vouchers where given to some selected customers who had good purchase margin from SRP Iran branch.The Customer satisfaction seminar ended at 10:00 in night and all invitees enjoyed the dinner together.
