Sales procedure

1. Products

SRP is a Turkish company specializing in spare parts applicable to Volvo heavy duty machineries. Quality has always been of utmost importance at SRP. Customers can rest assured that parts branded as SRP keep at least the same quality as OEMs productions.

2. Prices and Payment Instruction

Prices are set in Turkish Lira for local sales and Euro/Usd for exports and there might be price changes due to foreign exchange fluctuations.

Payments may be transferred to any of our bank accounts. For more information on our bank accounts details contact our sales agents.

3. Quotation Request Procedure

You can send your inquiries via email or SRP Live Help. At SRP, all inquiries will be replied on the same working day. This lead-time may be longer depending on the size and complexity of the inquiry. Also, you can check prices and availability of items online using our B2B. For more information on our B2B CLICK HERE. All quotations are made on ExWorks basis and payment terms used by SRP is cash in advance prior to any shipment unless otherwise agreed upon.

4. Order Procedures

Based on the order confirmation, the customer receives information on what items are going to be delivered and what items will be considered as backorders. Backorders will be delivered to the customer as soon as they get available.

5. Carriers and Shipping Procedure

Standard term of delivery is EX Works SRP warehouse. Thus, it is up to the customer to choose a carrier company.

At SRP we normally work with various carriers including DHL, TNT, UPS, ARAMEX, FEDEX, etc.

In case the customer would like to choose door to door delivery, the freight charge will be prepaid by SRP and debited on the invoice as a separate item.

Regarding insurance, customs duty, documents needed, etc. contact our sales agents.

Claims and Complaints

• The shipped goods shall be inspected immediately upon the arrival of each shipment. Any discrepancy in terms of quantity, number, weight and volume must be reported to SRP in writing within 7 days after receipt of the shipment.

• In case you find shortcomings in an item, check out our warranty conditions.
