Installing SRP LIVE HELP
1- Download SRP Live Help for Windows from above link.
2- Save the installation file to your desktop.
3- Right-click the installation file (MessengerSetup.exe) and select Run as administrator.
4- Follow the instructions to install SRP LIVE HELP.
5- Click Finish when you are done.
6- Write www.srpim.net as Server IP address/Host name.
7- Login your user name and password that you will provide from your sales representative.
8- After you login, please change the password to one that you can remember easily.
